Dark Pink Lipstick Dupe

Im not a MUA just a makeup fanatic! This is one of my first makeup related posts and I wanted to share with you guys one of my favourite lippy dupes I found. So in one of my pictures on Instagram I got a lot of feedback regarding the lip colour I was wearing. It was actually a mix of a Mac lipstick 'Mehr' and my new fave Sleek lip liner in 'Lingerie 294'. I tend to refrain from wearing my more higher end brands of makeup on an every day basis and try to find dupes so Im not wasting them. One of my fave dupes was the Sleek 'Eau la la' lip liner in 'Lingerie' which I find very similar to the Mac 'Soar' lip liner. The Sleek lip liner was £4.99 making it more than half the price of the Mac Lip Liner which was £12.50. However I actually prefer the Sleek one as it is water proof and smudge proof allowing it to stay on longer than the Mac one but is very annoying to sharpen as it has a plastic tip so can be easily damaged. Nevertheless, the Sleek lipliner was a winner for me.

Here I mixed the Mac 'Mehr' with the Sleek Lip liner 'Lingerie 294' (I probably wore more of the lipliner than I did of the lipstick)

Winter Warms

So winter is here and the best part about it is wrapping up! I love being able to layer up and wear all my coats. I love wearing turtle necks as they are super comfy and look great with anything! An ideal item for any winter look. 

Here I wore a turtle neck jumper dress which is from H&M, I have also come across a few others in Zara and other stores. The feel of the jumper isn't the best as I have had softer and comfier ones but for the price it was good. This was the only colour that they had and probably the nicest as its a light beige brown so you can pair it up with anything. I wore it with a pair of tan tights as it was quite cold,  a long dark navy coat which is from Zara, a pair of black heeled boots also from Zara and a black Asos hand held bag which I purchased last year.

Alexander Wang X HM

The Alexander Wang and HM collaboration was probably one of the most anticipated collaborations that H&M have ever  done. I went to the Bullring store which is in Birmingham as I did not want to risk anything online. I queued up from 6 in the morning so i could get first grabs and I did! SOOOO worth it! There was actually more men then women there which H&M were not expecting. We only got 10 minutes to shop the collaboration and you needed a specific time slot or a wrist band. The whole experience was like the hunger games the first 15 people just ran and grabbed jumpers along with whatever they wanted but I'm pretty sure the symbolic scuba jumpers were gone first! I was happy with my shop as I got everything I wanted such as the women's scuba jumpers, the mesh T-shirt dress, the mens scuba jumper and the gym bag.

Here I wore the mens black scuba jumper in a XS and still it was so big! I wore it with a pair of Zara ripped jeans, a pair of plain black courts and a plain black clutch for the everyday simple look.

Chrome Casual.

So I haven't posted in a while because I've been super busy lately and I haven't had much time. I wanted to share one of my favourite outfits with you guys from this week, which is quite a casual look & I adore casual looks. 

So here I'm wearing a white cotton oversized shirt from H&M, the detailing and the fit on this shirt is beautiful. It has a circle neck which I absolutely love and it has long sleeves which is great for this weather. I wore this with a pair of ripped boyfriend jeans from Zara, these jeans are probably one of my faves! I added a black leather jacket to go with it which again has a circle neck and isn't too padded, which I brought from Mango a few years back. I added a black hat which is from river island to compliment the outfit. I am in LOVE with tassel bags recently and this small compact one was purchased off Ebay, you can wear it as a clutch or even a small side bag. I do warn you guys that it takes FOREVERRR to come because its from China. The shoes my mum picked up while shopping and are from George.

The Casual Bomber - Wednesday 1st October 2014.

So I thought i'd share a more casual look with you guys this week. For ages I was looking for a khaki bomber that wasn't too pricey but wasn't too big either. The one I originally wanted was from Topshop but it was sold out everywhere! So I brought this one from Primark which looks near enough exactly the same, with the puffiness and the inside being orange!

I just wore a pair of Moto knee ripped jeans from Topshop along with a basic half sleeve top from H & M. I haven't wore my timberland boots in a very long time but thought it went well with this whole look. For my hair I just put it into a high bun to complete the look.

Kasjual Kenzo - Sunday 21st September 2014.

I love dressing up casually, especially when I'm busy I like to be comfortable. I've been wanting this Kenzo top for ages so I finally brought it from Selfridges for £42.00 which I thought was an amazing price. Here I wore this top up and down with a pair of heels and a pair of cut out boots along with a pair of black jeans from Mango.

For the casual look I wore a pair of cut out boots from Zara which are super comfy along with a faux leather tote from H & M which is one of my faves right now. For the more up do look I wore a simple black clutch and a pair of black straps both from Primark. With both looks I wore a pair of sunglasses from Topshop and a black metallic watch from Next which was a gift.
